Once again Pony Tales is proud to present their ponies for the Annual Fall Festival/Craft Fest in November at Destrehan Plantation.  Nov 14,15  9am-4pm.

Craft Fest Admission is $8, kids 12 and under FREE.  Pony rides are $6 PayPal or Venmo and are Cash discounted to $5.

Starting Nov 27 the ponies will be offering pony ride joy at the Spirit of Christmas light show (also at Destrehan)  Please go to:

Spirit of Christmas benefits the local Therapeutic Riding Center in Laplace.  Please support us!  ALL DATES ARE WEATHER PERMITTING!

Next  scheduled dates, Sundays, Oct 18th, Nov 22 10:30-12:30  All visitors, kids AND adults, WEAR CLOSED SHOES please.   Park at River Road and Bertucci please and walk down the street. 

Come anytime between 10:30am- 12:30pm, no appointment needed during these times only.     Entry is free ONLY on Open Barn dates and during these times. (normally a  $45+ charge)

Meet the horses, ponies, donkey,  goats and chickens  . Many Photo ops!    For a fee – There will be pony and horse rides optional to purchase.  Venmo or Paypal $6 per lap.  Cash is a $1 discount per lap ($5 each)   email if you need more info ponynola@gmail.com.  Every visitor to barn should wear closed shoes.

And in December PONY rides will be at SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS/Destrehan Plantation starting weekends Nov 27th.

For delivery TO YOU RENTALS  (see below)  – Travel fee not included with packages  which depends on your exact location So please send EXACT STREET address of party or event.   Sorry we don’t do adults.

• 1 pony (kids UNDER 85lbs) PLUS a petting pony –   $250 for the first hour
• 1 pony (kids UNDER 85lbs) PLUS a cheek art face painter – $250 for the first hour
• 2 ponies (kids UNDER 85lbs)  – $250 for the first hour
• Packages below are $265/hour:
• Small cart pulled by pony for 1-3 kids (total wt on cart 100lbs, cart run on quiet street only)    PLUS one riding pony for kids UNDER 85lbs – $265 for the first hour  
• One small horse  (Small horse is ONLY for KIDS OVER 60lbs & UNDER 140lbs)  PLUS  Pony for kids UNDER 85lbs to ride – $265 for the first hour
• Extra ½ hour is 15% discount.  Extra hour is  20% discount

NOTES for parties:  We most often use sidewalk to walk the ponies.  Regular riding ponies hold kids UNDER 85lbs.  Extra ponies or face painters ADDED to a package as listed above is $60 per hour/each.

BASIC BARN PARTY HERE IN ST ROSE  $390  2 ½ HOURS of guest time.  Includes pony rides for an hour, pony/horse meet and greet,  plus brushing, plus goat/chicken visits & MORE – ONLY AT THE BARN

PRIVATE BARN VISITS –  APPOINTMENT ONLY –   Barn Experience $45/4 people. $5 each additional person plus pony rides @ $10/5 mins  OR just pony rides, no barn entry –  15 mins for $25 or  half hour $45

FIELD TRIPS or SCHOOLS   For school groups please call or email us at ponynola@gmail.com. Include your name, phone number, date of event, and the package or service you are interested in.

LESSONS have resumed (through mid-May)  email us for info. They are available by the “semester” or bought singly.  Orientation lesson is $45. 

Fall/Spring day camp hours 9am – 2:30pm – $70/day, half days $40 9am – Noon (discounts for more days bought at once)  All fall and spring days can be bought “singly” or in multiples. 

Please NOTE – NO experience needed, and equipment is pants and closed shoes. You also send their lunch and water bottles.   We provide horse riding helmets, but you can provide your own if you wish.  Before/after care by prior arrangement (NOT an extension of camp)

There are DAILY pony rides/lessons/riding as weather and age permit.   Hands on care and interaction. Afternoon games or crafts.

Fall camps Thanksgiving, 11/23, 24, 25 (27th tentative please request 27th  if wanted.)
